Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions that customers agree to accept when ordering products from Sweet Jayne.

• If you have a specific delivery date in mind please do let us know at the time of ordering - see Options Form
• It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure you have provided us with the correct delivery information and there be someone at the address to accept the delivery.
• We cannot accept any liability if the delivery is not made due to the recipient being unavailable. No refunds can be given under these circumstances.
• Upon delivery the cupcakes become the recipients responsibility and Sweet Jayne are no longer accountable for them.
• If a hand written message is required to accompany the gift, this will be reproduced exactly as it is stated on the form at the time of ordering - use Options Form
• Please remember that all our cakes are handmade and so may vary slightly in size and decoration.
• Deliveries on Saturdays, please contact us for a quote.
