What ingredients do you use?
All our products use the finest natural ingredients; free-range and fair trade wherever possible. No additives or preservatives and only natural fruit puree colour our cupcakes.

When will my cupcakes be delivered or be ready for collection?
As all products are made to order, we require 48hrs notice. However if you have an urgent requirement we will always try to accommodate you. Please call asap on 0208 974 5518

Can I specify a delivery date?
Yes, please enter your required delivery date and daytime or evening preference in the comments form.

What is the delivery charge?
Delivery charges are according to postcode (see Ordering Online) for info on which zone your postcode is in. For postcode outside of these zones, please call for a quote.

Are there any nuts in your products?
No but there are nuts used in our kitchen so whilst every effort is made we cannot guarantee 100% that all nut traces are eliminated.

How long will my cupcakes stay fresh?
We recommend they be enjoyed the day of purchase/delivery, however they will keep for a few days in a cool place but ideally not in the fridge, since this can cause the decorations to spoil.

Can I add a message if the cupcakes are a gift?
Yes you can. Please add your message on the options form and we shall hand write the exact message on a gift card to accompany your cakes.

Can I order gluten free or other dietary specific cupcakes?
Yes! Jayne has spent considerable time developing her recipes to offer gluten free, egg free and diary free cupcakes. Please contact us to discuss your individual requirements.

I love the cupcakes on your website but could I have something designed just for me?
Absolutely! We specialize in bespoke orders and have created many decorations including scuba divers, mini brides, saxophones, palm trees, starfish and many more. And yes most of these adorned frosted cupcakes! We don't need a flat cupcake to get creative.

Do you hire out cupcake stands?
Yes, we have many types of cupcakes stands available to hire, please see our stand hire page.

Can I order just 1 or 2 cupcakes?
The minimum order quantity is 6 for the online shop.

You have so many delicious sounding cupcakes, can I get one of each?
We have several options to choose from in our 'mixed box' product section. These change seasonally.
